When work breaks your systems, most people just push harder. I help you rebuild them.
Hey, I’m Kelly.
I’m a corporate survivor, systems thinker, and mother who spent over a decade optimizing large-scale operations and creating flow in high-pressure environments. I was good at building systems for companies. What I wasn’t good at? Building systems that protected me.
So I burned out. Hard.
And in that breakdown, I discovered something: the problem wasn’t that I needed better time management or more productivity hacks. The problem was that corporate taught me to ignore my boundaries, sacrifice my energy, and tie my identity to my job title.
Now I help people rebuild what work broke.
What This Space Is About
Life Between the Systems exists for anyone navigating the in-between – still in corporate but questioning everything, or already out and rebuilding from scratch.
Here’s what I believe:
Human systems come first (boundaries, energy, identity, intention)
Tech is the tool, not the master
You can build systems that serve you instead of drain you
Healing and creating aren’t separate – they’re the same work
Here’s what you’ll find:
Weekly reflections on rebuilding life after (or during) corporate
Systems thinking for real life – boundaries, energy, identity, tech
Raw honesty about the messy middle of transformation
Practical tools that actually work for humans, not robots
Voice notes processing what I’m learning in real time
This isn’t a how-to blog. It’s a walk-with-me space. A place where we untangle what corporate taught us, rebuild what matters, and create lives that don’t require us to fragment ourselves.
This Is For You If:
You’ve stayed in a job that’s breaking you because leaving feels impossible
You’ve left corporate and don’t know who you are without the title
You’re tired of systems that drain you instead of support you
You want to build boundaries without guilt and reclaim energy without apology
You’re done performing and ready to build something real
A Little More About Me
I’m rebuilding too. In real time. Alongside a toddler learning to walk and a life I’m learning to structure around what actually matters – not just what’s urgent.
I write at 2 a.m. when clarity hits. I voice-note while doing dishes. I build systems between naps and client calls. This is what healing through creating looks like for me.
And if you’re here, it might be what it looks like for you too.
Welcome to the in-between. Where surviving creates bravery.
Let’s rebuild together.
Kelly 💛
